What just happened

One scroll position drives everything: the media timeline (lerped, never drawn in the scroll handler), three parallax depth layers, a dolly zoom, and pointer-tracked offsets. Frames mode draws a 72-frame WebP sequence on canvas (the iOS-safe path). Video mode scrubs a short-GOP H.264 clip directly. Toggle above to compare.
